This type of door and frame assembly is
designed to support the high weight resulting from shielding
materials located in the core of the door.
Custom Steel
Construction A-36 steel with at least Ό and 3/8
thick faces, and heavy duty rails and stiles that are
manufactured from Ύ tick A-36 steel.
Custom Adjustable
Hinges Precision machined, anti-friction needle
roller bearings and are matched to at least twice the weight
of the door. One pair of hinges is supplied per door
installation.
Closer/Operator
Designed for ease of installation, durability, and
reliability. Each operator is matched to the doors physical
dimensions and weight.
Door Contents
ASTM B29 LEAD and 5% borated Polyethylene, as designated by
the physicist and architectural specifications.
